Great location, 15km from the city of Thessaloniki (€30 by taxi in Sept 2024). The hotel located right by the beach (no main road). The pedestrian street is full off restaurants, bars and cafes. Easy to find, look for Siel Cafe. With closed windows there is no noise from the street. Good size balcony with sea view. Beautiful, very clean room with aircon, coffee machine, toaster. Everyday bread, jam, honey, butter provided. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Early check-in and late check-out were not am issue. There is room service. Airport is 10 mins by taxi (€20).

The staff is amazing, really helpful and pays attention to all details.
The room is just like in pictures, very clean, the bed and the sheets are great.
Location is top, you have access to most tavernas and restaurants.
I read some reviews about being a bit noisy, we went in September, the room is very good isolated and you cannot hear much even though there were still music and people at restaurants after midnight.
They clean daily, our room was constantly clean and the ladies that cleaned were very nice.
At the lower floor there is a family owned restaurant with amazing food and cocktails.
Would definitely recommend Atlantis and we hope to return soon.

The location was great, easy access, very, very clean, just a few meters from the beach with or without umbrellas. Quiet despite being conveniently close to the airport. Close to restaurants as well.

We enjoyed the suite with bath tub a lot, it's perfect if you want to relax in privacy. The apartment was very clean and well designed. The view and facilities were great.

The apartment was lovely with two separate bedrooms and was a great size for a family of 4. The kitchen facilities were great, bathroom was a good size and the kids loved playing the air hockey table. Owner was upstairs so very convenient to pick up the keys. Location was good with a quick 5min walk to shops if you need to pick up some items.
It was almost the right size of apartment for the Board Meetings we used it for. The location was perfect just 10-15 km outside of the city, close to the airport but not too close and with a small supermarket just downstairs, and plenty of parking around (at the side of the property)
The apartment is very well equipped and pleasant on a farm very near Thessalonkia airport. We stayed for a one night stop before an early flight. The owners are a lovely family and very helpful. They even took us to the supermarket to buy food as we had to return our hire car and gave us a lift to the airport at 5:30 am.
Palioktima is a wonderful place. Unfortunately we stayed only one night due to the flight we had to take.
It is actually a very large and comfortable house, which us devided into a couple of rooms/apartments.

The location is great also for before/after flights as it is only a few minutes drive from Thessaloniki airport.
The accommodation was perfect for an overnight stay but so well equipped you could have stayed longer. It was very clean. Hosts extremely helpful and welcoming- cold welcome beer was a nice touch. We were collected from the airport and delivered to our car rental in the morning. They even made us a delicious pizza for our evening meal. Highly recommended for a hassle free start to a holiday.
We were looking for a place to stay our last night at Thessaloniki - close to the car rental return and close to Peraia to enjoy a nice dinner. Palioktima 2 met all our needs. The team gave us a clean apartment, large bedroom, kitchenette, shower and all the facilities. They helped us to find the directions to the car rental and talked with their office to ensure they will be open. At 4:30 the Palioktima tesm knocked on our door with two large breakfast take-aways with a 'Nice trip back home' note attached to it. Outstanding 👍
