This property is right on the beach, opened the door and listened to the waves all night and had a fresh breeze coming in the room. Bright, clean room and a complimentary bottle of water meant we didn’t have to go out in the middle of the night because we forgot ours in the car.

This family-owned and operated hotel is located right on the beach with a stunning view of the sea. The facilities are quite nice, the room-- air-conditioned, in the small kitchennette our hosts had provided small surprises on arrival--coffee, sugar, bread, jam, etc. Very thoughtful and much appreciated!
The cafe on the ground floor is operated by the same family and serves a variety of breakfast and lunch items of excellent quality. Very nice ambiance.
Parking just right behind the building is free.

The host, Kostas, was amazing, he was very helpful and organized. He helped us with parking (the parking lot is a few meters away from the stay, but it wasn't an issue), and he let us leave our bags in their office after check-out so that we can enjoy the beach for the rest of the day. The room was great, it never got too hot as there were two AC units, we had everything we needed there.

the place is distant from the city, it turns to be an advantage when visiting the beaches of Perea or need a short ride to the airport.
Friendly hosts and very helpful with information about touristic attractions in the area. The apartment is also modern, well equipped and everything functioning well. The surroundings (villages, beaches, stores) are beautiful and worth seeing. The water is clean and there are no rocks on the beaches.
Side thought, we appreciated that the host greeted us together with her family as well, which felt welcoming and comfortable, considering we were also a family on a road trip.
