Staff extremely helpful, especially the lovely lady who came to the rescue when the corkscrew broke; a pair of pliers and a replacement corkscrew later and we were able to sit down and eat/drink.

Fantastic location near the port, with convenient access to the hop-on-hop-off bus into the city, or you can walk if you prefer. We stayed at the apartment while waiting for our son, who arrived in Heraklion on a separate flight and date, before heading to our holiday destination.
