Hosts were excellent, it was clean, got cleaned in the morning and had anything you needed.

The location is fantastic - alone for kilometers. Nobody to disturb your peace. The house and the swimming pool are nice. Ulyana was very helpful for all the information we needed - trips, tavernas, beaches, local markets. Excellent choice if you want to be far from the crowd, but far also from everything. You have to use a car.

We have only positive things to say about this place. First of all, the apartment was super clean, towels were soft and without bad smell. It is one room, but spacious. If you concerned that location might be an issue, don’t let it discourage you. You are so close to the one of the most beautiful beaches in the south Sithonia that stretches from Kalamitsi to Paradise beach. You can visit beaches like Kalamitsi, Kriaritsi, Tigania, Klimataria, Tourkolimnionas, Sykias, Valti, Sarti, Platanitsi and all three Kavourotripes in maximum 20min car ride. The store is few minutes away, bakery and stand with fresh fruits also. Pharmacy is in Sarti and doctor also. On the ground flood there is a fish market where you can buy fresh grilled fish, salad and don’t worry, you wouldn’t smell the scent of fried fish in the apartment. Recommendation from us!

The location of the property is great, probably the best in Porto Koufo. The terrace overlooking the sea is amazing. The room is comfortable. Most of the things you needs for a short stay are in the kitchen. The air-conditioning works well. Hosts are nice people.
Very comfortable and quiet environment, with all the facilities you need. A lot of space, in and outside the apartment. Very close to the beach of Porto Koufo and not very far from Toroni. A good place to discover Sithonia. A big enough swimming pool and a bar next to it. Friendly staff, which gives you a warm welcome. The possibility to eat at the place and the freedom of choice not to do it.
Location is good - walking distance to town center. Many restaurants and beaches are close. Garden is nice green with lovely sitting area. Apartment is super clean. They changed all towels and linen after 3 days.
New modern apartment with comfortable bed and little terrace, great for few nights stay by the sea. Stuff cleans and arranges the whole area all the time, everything is tidy. Location is very calm, we enjoyed the quietness (but it was out of season stay).
