Great place with unique sea view

They helped us also to storage our luggage for the last day, it was really nice of them! The apartment is in the centre of Kokkari , you can not find a better place. The only disadvantage is they have one double bed, if you go with friends, there is no possibility to sleep seperate :) and also the room is quite small. But overall I can really recommend.

It was a modern, clean, and functional apartment. There were fine details, from the iron to the frosted glass. Giorgio and his mother are very kind and helpful people. If I ever return to Kokkari in the future, I will definitely choose this apartment again.

We booked this accommodation in the mountain area, far away from the beach, hoping to enjoy the nature and relax in a quiet area. As we are going to arrive in Vathi harbor too early in the morning, having check in arrangement at noontime, we had decide to drive around having breakfast under sun rising. Instead, we received a phone call by Mrs Helen, prior to our departure from Piraeus, saying that, it will be not comfortable for us to drive around, as she had already arrange for us, a short stay in their own apartment over our accommodation. By reaching in their own apartment, to sleep for couple hours till our check in time, we found a basket with fresh fruits, full breakfast assortments and shower area !!!! All of them given by her heart, at NO CHARGE !!!! Later on, by getting in our accommodation, we really impressed with high quality of renovation they made. By keeping the major cell of a cottage house, they create an atmospheric very clean accommodation with all necessary modern facilities and customer’s needs. During two weeks of our stay, we had the feeling of living in our own home !! In the village there is also, a traditional tavern to try for. By getting position in the middle of the island, is easy and capable to drive and visit every side of the island. Several villages are very close and even Pythagoreio, one of the most famous seaside village, is only 20 mins driving. Mr. Stelios (Helens husband) was there for any help, explanation, guiding (even to local festivals), and mostly behaving like your longtime friend. Thanks to them and their excellent hospitality, we enjoy our vacation unexpectedly in the best way, through generous people who are respecting the tradition and trying also to maintain happiness. If you are a traveler, go there!!!

The location is second-to-none. The rooms all have a balcony which overlooks the sea and a pebble beach. It's very peaceful and a great place to rest. There is a kitchen to cook and the rooms are all spacious and clean. The couple running the studios have lived there for years and are very kind and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. When I arrived after a long trip they prepared some watermelon. On other days they asked me to sit and have a coffee with them. They let me us the laundry for some of my clothes and called a taxi when I was planning to leave. I'm grateful for their hospitality.

Excellent location just on the shore,calm atmosphere and perfect beach.
