The hostess met me on the road and guided me to the car park (located a few meters away from the property) and provided the keys. Good explanation of the various facilities and locking requirements of the building.
The flat was small and cost, with nice balcony, and with enough lighting, exactly what you need for a few days. The flat has modern facilities.

Great location, across the road from the beach and close to lots of taverns and beautiful bakery. Pool and pool area fairly new, clean and tastefully decorated.
Apartment, although fairly old, was clean and had basic amenities. AC in each bedroom was a treat at night. Beautiful big balcony with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast overlooking pool and sea!
Host was very friendly and provided us with a welcome pack consisting of jam, milk, butter and biscuits for breakfast, which we enjoyed.
Recommend it for a stay away from the busy Patra area. Morning swim in the sea was delightful, as was a swim in the pool.
