Great location with the beach a short walk, lots of sunbeds and spare towels provided. Pool is a good size.
Bar is great and cocktails yummy, food is very good for lunch or evening, and breakfast buffet has great selection of hot and cold food all freshly prepared. Staff are so helpful and polite.
Our room had the bed on mezzanine floor which meant more room downstairs for changing, eating at the table etc.

Your home away from home ! Host was very welcoming and friendly, we catered for everything we needed. Location is quiet but also just a 3' walk from the main road, good connection with the city center, too . We would highly recommend for longer stays, too, as they also have a fully eqquiped kitchen where someone could prepare all their meals !

I highly recommend accommodating yourself here in 30 sense’s luxury apartment if you travel to Rhodes! This is such a fabulously wonderful experience here! I spent such a pleasant time here: everything is so clean, new, nicely organised, well equipped and decorated, and fully functional! I can cook here for breakfast and dinner. In the daytime I hung out on the street in the Rhodes city and the Lalysos Center. The landlord or the owner is extremely nice, timely responsive, and very friendly about any questions I asked. The location of this apartment is just at the heart of the Lalysos Center. There is a few supermarkets and bustling places for food nearby in a few mins walk distance, so is the bus station. Also, the owner elaborately prepared a pack of cookies, many coffee capsules and tea bags, a beautiful and luxury candy pack and a blanket of fruits with peaches and pears inside, etc! More importantly, a bottle of wine is placed here for you for a beautiful night and its elaborate and elegant! I stayed here for 3 days in a row. Next time I would still choose this place to stay in. I really enjoyed the time here staying this apartment!

I honestly do not know where to start. The villa is one of the most perfect places I have ever stayed. The villa looks impressive but is even better inside. Spacious and clean - perfect for families or friends. Beautiful spacious and well equipped kitchen to stay in and make meals, perfect space to eat out in the sunshine or warm evenings. Extremely comfortable beds! And the pool and sunbathing area was absolutely ideal. I stayed with my mother and we will most certainly be returning.
Akis was attentive and so helpful for the whole week. Replying quickly to any queries or requests for recommendations. Akis even picked us up from Rhodes Town after a day of shopping simply because he was “going that way anyway” and saved us having to get a taxi.
We adored every day there’s Ilyassos is beautiful and has something for everyone - whether you want to read on the beach, discover history, art and culture of Rhodes or want a few nights out on the town. We did all of this! And loved it.

Thank you very much for the hospitality. A very cozy apartment in the residential area of Ialyssos. The wonderful host took care of all the little details for the comfort of the guests: shampoo, shower gel, coffee, tea, and even juice, water, and ice in the fridge for the hot weather 😀. Comfortable bed and air conditioning. A balcony with a view of the square and church. A shop and several cafes are within walking distance, as well as a lovely bakery for breakfast. We had a nice stay in the studio, it is quite nice, the balcony has a nice view and you can do basic cooking if needed. The beds are confortable (pillows not so much).
It is in a touristic area (resorts nearby) so you'll find many restaurants and car rentals shops.
The beach is 10ish minutes walk and you can also walk 10 minutes to go to the center of Ialyssos.
Everything, the place was so clean! I can only upload 4 images but the apartment was huge with all the facilities you could need for self catering! It was so clean! The cleaners cleaned every day!! The mattress' were real, like really thick & so so comfortable!! We were lucky to have an apartment with the morning sun! Thanks for having us! We would definitely return!!

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities . Staff were lovely and when my nephew lost his watch they kept it for him as we were returning a week later . Breakfast is very good and changes daily . We had an apartment and also a studio and both were a good size and very comfortable . Pool area is very relaxing and food menu has plenty of choices . We enjoyed our short stay at Evani Apartments a lot. The apartament was waiting for us with a bottle of local wine. It is very close to the beach and many restaurants (one of them is just downstairs). The owner is very helpful, when we could not figure out how to open one of balconies, next morning he sent a cleaning lady to show us. Air conditioning is installed only in the bedroom but it was not a problem for such a short stay.
There was very friendly receive by Mary and she gave us a cake and some drinks in the frigde as a welcome gifts.
We were given much privacy and the apartment and the pool area were very nice and clean.
At the end of our holiday, Mary and her husband gave us a visit and bring us some local sweets-+.
It's easy to recommend this place. Rental car is needed. Nearest supermarkets and restaurants are 2-3 km away.
