I booked with very short notice but it wasn't a problem as there is a lady and gentleman living upstairs who were able to let me in. I had a ground floor studio apartment which was very clean and comfortable, with a very modern bathroom and kitchen. There was space on a verandah to sit outside. There are two other apartments in the building. The building is quite close to a main road tho set back with plenty of parking in front. The road wasn't very busy so noise wasn't an issue. The owners (owner's parents?) were lovely - they didn't speak English and my Greek is very limited but we managed with sign language and a lot of nodding!
Located in Párga, 200 metres from Kryoneri Beach, Villa Letista features air-conditioned rooms and free private parking. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

Lovely little boutique apartments. Stunning view. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Short walk down the hill to main promenade of Parga which was bustling and charming with restaurants and shopping. Host was very friendly and welcoming.

The studios have a very nice location-just above the beach with a view to Panagia island. It offers the opportunity to jump in the sea before breakfast. It is quite spacious for the old town of Parga. It is a decent and very practical place to stay if someone wishes to explore Parga.

I wouldn't know where to begin.
Just go there. Chris, the owner, greets you like a friend , and the staff are unbelievable and can not do enough for you. The location is central to everything, and the breakfast that is served on your own balcony is to die for. Give it try you won't be disappointed.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The location is wonderful, just next to the river and the springs. The hike in the river is a great experience, we were really impressed. The apartment is modest and nothing extraordinary, but it perfectly matches the atmosphere of the forest mountains and the river. Great place to chilout and enjoy the beautiful nature that is surrounding you.
Centrally located to the springs these apartments are modern, clean and friendly. Across the road from the property is an area you can swim in quite privately. Loved being in nature and a great break from the sea.
the apartment was great and equipped with everything that we needed. it was clean and the lady very kind and helpful. most importantly, it was located within walking distance (7-10mins) from all the activities like rafting, canoeing etc, as well as the start of the hiking trail to the canyon. We’ll definitely choose it if we visit again in the future.
