Location was perfect. Within walking distance of the centre and near Lixouri ferry. However we only stayed the one night so couldn't comment any further on the area. It is very good value for money if you're looking for somewhere nice clean to lay your head.

We liked the peacefulness of the location and the beautiful view from the balcony. Also the restaurant just down the road (and up a little hill on the left) called Pharos. Lovely reasonably priced food and views overlooking the sea.

Spacious, beautifully decorated. Everything you could need. Spotlessly clean. Lovely balcony, no view unless you’re standing up, but still great. Little extras like water in the fridge, shampoo etc. Very lovely lady who greeted us , was very helpful and kind.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here – Penelope and her friendly team really made our family holiday something special. Penelope always made sure all our needs were met, even if we didn’t explicitly ask; she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and we are very grateful for the effort she put in every day making sure everything was perfect. I think it’s fair to say that anyone who has stayed here would agree that she is very invested in the wellbeing of her customers! For the amenities, there’s lots to love: the rooms are spotless, well stocked and incredibly functional – they even have first aid kits with items you may want to use in case of injuries obtained when swimming! Overall, the design of the building is very modern and new; all the rooms we had felt very functional and had lovely balconies. There was private beach and a choice of sandy beaches nearby- all are walking distances. The walk to Argostoli took about 25 mins. Thanks again Penelope – looking forward to coming back soon!

Everything, great staff, Panos was super friendly and helpful, as were the entire team. Super clean and spacious room. Close to everything you need and a short walk to the city centre.

Often available for short and long-term.
This flat offers an amazing sunset view and lovely, helpful hosts. The location is perfect, especially for those who have rented a car, as it is conveniently situated midway between what I consider to be the best natural spots.
Great view from the apartment. Nice and quiet. Great location to explore the island. Farsa is a small village, so you have to keep in mind that there is no supermarket, but for us it was not a prolem.

This is one of the best sunset spot of the island! Location is excellent, very quiet and well connected by car to visit the island. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the private terrace was just wow ! Rula and her family are very welcoming and always have a good recommendation for beach or restaurant. Very friendly owner. Studio perfect for 2 people , only stayed two nights and sadly not much time to enjoy the property, wished we could have stayed longer. Only 30 min drive to the airport, not a bad location to explore the west of Kefalonia and Argostoli area but some steep and bendy roads, car definitely needed.
