The front beach location of the hotel is very nice. And the hotel also has a pool for lazy days. We really liked our room, it had nice and new furniture, a very large comfortable bed, an intimate terrace. The staff at Aphrodite is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel is good. And Kissamos overall is a beautiful small city and a good place to start trips to several places to see in Crete.

Apartment 7, top floor. It was as described and expected from the way it was advertised. It was clean and modern. Shower was very nice large walkin shower. no horrible shower curtain like some places have. There are 4 parking spaces. I always got a space for my hire car, but it looks like parking in the street would not be any problem if needed. Not too far to walk to the seafront, uphill on way back but not too arduous (I am 61 years old)

This was a very large top floor flat with a large balcony overlooking the sea. It was surrounded by the Maria Beach hotel complex which had a top class taverna, a café-bar and the best beach beds that we had ever had the pleasure of lying on. The flat was big with three double bedrooms and all the space and appliances you could wish for. We certainly enjoyed having the extra space. The property was very close to probably the best tavernas in Kastelli while a large supermarket was about a ten minute walk away. The local bus station could be reached in five. The rating for "hosts", "cleanliness" and "facilities" were also excellent but impossible to enter in the Booking.com form.

Our stay in this place has been absolutely amazing and magical! It’s a wonderful vacation spot. The apartment is very clean and tidy, and the owners are polite. There’s air conditioning, a washing machine, and a grill — all very convenient. But most of all, we fell in love with the cats here. They kept us great company. They brought us so much joy, and we tried to be kind to them in return. Please give them fresh drinking water and feed them. We bought them cat food, but they also enjoy leftover meat and fish. We also got them some toys, so if the next guests have time, it would be great to play with them a bit — the little ones really love to play. They are so sweet, and I hope future guests will also take care of them. Your care for them over just a few days means so much in their little lives. I highly recommend this place if you want to fully enjoy the sun, beach, and swimming. We were here in early September, and the water was still very warm for swimming!

The welcome and hospitality offered by Poppy the host .. she was fabulous and an asset .. lots of info and photo of place .. pre and post arrival . Lots of love and care in this lovely dwelling . The apartment is gorgeous.

The cottage is more like a villa, fully equipped with the general household materials (iron, washing machine, kitchen with everything needed,…). The garden is very beautiful and the pool was lovely to have. We liked every second of our stay and really had a relaxed feeling when enjoying the sun, garden and pool. The outdoor kitchen area is fully equipped with even a fridge! Upon arrival there was a bottle of red wine, olives, oil from the family’s company, tomatoes from the garden, fruits, everything for a lovely shower,… Really anything you could need was provided by the owners. They changed the bedsheets during our stay and provided us with local pastries. The owners responded quickly to every question and provided us with some tips for restaurants and stuff like that!
