We had a great stay at Theodora’s! Located in the pretty village of Avia, our spacious room had a great view of the sea, and a large balcony for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The room had a fabulous bed; lots of practical storage space and electrical plugs, ultra modern bathroom, a small kitchenette perfect for making small meals, comfortable chairs, on-site parking, etc. One of the best places we stayed in our 5 week trip to Greece! Theodora was an excellent hostess, and gave us great suggestions on places to visit, such as ancient Messina. Close to the Mani, Kardamyli, Kalamata. We highly recommend this hotel.

The lady who brought us the keys was lovely, kind and helped us with changes of clean bedding and towels, and information generally about the area etc... New, spacious, very well built apartment with even 3 terraces, situated in a small beautiful village Avia, just 20 min. from Klalamata city. Local low populated beach which I liked a lot is 100 m from the place. It is not recommended for older and people with disabilities. Sadova beach, which is two km further is pure sandy and easy accessible. The flat is spacious, very clean, new and with everything you need for perfect vacation. It is situated at elevated ground flor, so just few stairs to reach it. Away from busy street, but close to restaurants and a lot of surrounding beaches. Dimitris is so nice host, proactive and always ready to support. He provided me with parking place, which I rarely used as there's no parking issue during my visit.
