It was our first stay on Crete and it was a success. There were 5 of us and enough place for everyone. The host family made our holiday as great as it could be. The appartement is on the ground floor of the private house with the separate entrance and the yard. Everything as promised and even more. It is clean, good equipped appartement with everything you need. Very good beds that was very important for me. Air Condition good, good window blinds. Furniture items, ironing all you need. Pretty design. We stayed for 2 weeks and there was organized cleaning and change of bedding and towels. Everything is new and of good quality. The host family treated us like friends, we’ ve got wine, rakia, olive oil, fruits, vegetables from their garden as a present. My son had a birthday and he has got a present from the hosts. The location is excellent. In 10 min or less there are 2 big supermarkets Lidl and Synka, both with a variety of fresh products. I did not cooked a lot, just salads and fried zucchini that was also a present, if you are going to cook you will have all you need. The bakery is in 3 min on the main road also a bus stop there. In 15-20 min you will be in the centre of Chania. The beaches are max in 10 min walking. We used Yannies beach mostly, good umbrellas and beds are proposed there. The sea water is clean and warm and the sand is yellow. It’s ideal place for swimming. There is a bar on the beach. Several restaurants are also nearby. Advise: to fly to Chania airport as it is in 30 min. As Heraklion in 2.5 hours by car. I would Highly recommend this property for your ideal holiday

High end design apartment with modern furniture and utilities. All the comfort you need and beyond. Location is right next to the sandy beach (2 minutes walk) and 15 minutes to Chania by car. There are plenty of nice taverns around the house for lunch or dinner, also there are 2 big supermarkets near; and a car rental company. The owner, Antonio, is extremely nice and helpful. He had good care of us all the time, making our stay a wonderful experience.

The Kiwi Apartments is only 3 km from Chania, and regular bus service is available right outside the property. The Blue Flag beach Chrissi Akti (Golden Beach) is 400 metres away. Chania airport is 17 km away, and Souda port is 8 km away.

Very nice location, just had to pass though the park to get to 2 small sandy beaches that were perfect for kids, 2 other beaches were also close by, maybe 5-7 minutes walk. There were nice tavernas and shops close-by. The apartment was spotless, cleaning was done daily, they even did the dishes. The pool was also great, clean, the perfect place to cool off when it was to hot on the beach. They also have a bar at the reception, and you can order coffee, drinks, snacks and small meals, but is open only from 9 to 21. The lady from the reception also ordered us a taxi that was waiting at the airport at the arrival, which was very convenient.

Michael and Julia were very kind, we felt like part of the family and they helped us wherever they could. The property was right in front of a small supermarket, a few steps from the Park and within five minutes walk of three beaches. The apartment was very clean and within our four weeks stay we did not have a single mosquito. Julia regularly asked us, if we needed anything and her cooking was delicious. It was a beautiful and relaxing stay.

It was perfect for us. Cool room with everything you might need in a vacation. You can cook something easy if you'd like, also there is a fridge that's quite big, garden to relax at night... They have hotel acomodation and service but with personal touch... Elena was awesome... Eager to give a helping hand with everything... It is one of those places you are sure that when you come back, that's where you want to stay.

The stay at Akti Hotel was very pleasant and I highly recommend it whether you come with your family or just as a couple. The staff is very friendly and they even helped us with the transfer from the airport to our accommodation ( for a fee but all quick and comfortable). The area is a very good one, the bus stop is as soon as you leave the building ( you can walk to the centre of Chania in just 15 minutes) Yannis beach is not 5 minutes away and there are 2 more beautiful beaches ( Yguana and sunset beach 10 minutes away) There is a shop across the street from the hotel and within 5 minutes walk Lidl and Synka ( supermarkets) Cleaning was done 5 days out of 7 that we stayed and linen and towels were changed. Rooms spacious, equipped with utensils if you want to cook and very clean. The room has air conditioning for which no extra charge is made, fridge and safe. We will definitely come back again and thank you for all your stay here Andreas!
