It was small and quiet. Plenty of room for everyone, pool access and long chairs was available for ever. The kids pool was warm.
Food was a bit repetitive, but very nice. We have a coeliac in our family, and the chef was coming out at every meal to tell us which food was safe. The cooked at request gluten free food.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the cleaners brought to our daughter a huge Mini Mouse balloon.
Rooms are big, air con there is a big under the counter fridge, tea and coffee facilities.
Location is close to the town and there are plenty shops and restaurants to chose from.

I also blame booking.com for not giving enough suitable information such as floor number and if the property is fully airconditioned or just in the bedroom AS in summer the tremendous heat is extremely insupportable.

The reception staff were general friendly and helpful. The place is clean and the showers were really nice.

Clean and very well equipped apartment. Quiet location within easy walk to beach and shops tavernas etc. I think other apartments mainly let to long term rental but not an issue.
The place needs total renovation. I have stayed in a double bedroom apartment all over Crete and this place was the worst by far. The manager is a nice guy but that is all that I liked. Everything else is a total disaster. Avoid staying there if you don't want to be disappointed 😔

A beautiful, simple and a very clean new apartment that is next to the sea. You can hear the sea when falling asleep. Communication was great and fast. Bakery with huge croissaints and nice coffee the next door.
Kiki accommodated us when we were really late - she even offered to open her bar and make us something to eat!
The apartment was well equipped, clean and in good order.
Right by the beach, position is perfect.
A short walk or bus ride will take you to lots of bars and shops.
We will definitely stay again, hopefully for longer next time!
Staff was fantastic, very helpful. Location great! Only 100-150m from the sea. My appartement was on the ground floor so because of the car park I couldn't see the beach but I still could see at least the remote part of the sea. I could park right in front of the apartment. Had working Air-conditioning and TV.
Pluses: There is A/C but we didn't use it because in all sunny day the apartment did not heat, was very great to sit in balcony in the middle of the day, there was shadow and sea breaze so it was cool in hot day. Also the apartment have wooden shutters, it was very great to ventilate the room without letting sunlight in. The apartments have great parking space with shadow. And the view from balcony was very beautiful, and beach is about 100 meters away.
