The location was perfect for us. On quiet spot, close to the beach, not too far from the city with nice view from the balcony. There was safe in the room, AC unit, which was really helpful the first day with record temperatures around 40˚C. The owner was very friendly, gave us some nice tips on trips and when visit certain beaches to avoid when they are full. Overall really nice stay, I can 100% recommend this place :) (included picture is when we were leaving - it was much cleaner when we arrived)

Everything was excellent, very comfortable, very clean, new, well thought out, well maintained and we were looked after from the first minute to the last. The block of apartments stands in its own grounds only 3 mins walk down to the beach and tavernas and supermarkets are then a few more mins walk from the beach - it was perfect for us as a family of four with two children. As there are only 10 apartments and everyone has different routines the pool is never too busy and there is always a surplus of sun beds. It's that sort of thing which made for a relaxing holiday for us as there was no jostling with other guests for anything and the level of service from everyone who works there was highly professional and immediate whenever called upon. Taxi from the airport is only 10 mins, and then you can catch the bus or take a small ferry to reach other parts of Skiathos, all about 3 euros and kids under 10 for free. It all made for a memorable holiday and we will certainly return. Many thanks to Yannis and Dimitry and everyone else. And a terrific breakfast too!

Very helpful owner and also all of his family that was very pleasant. My rental car broke down. The owner of Andreas village helped us with his own car during most of our stay in Skiathos. Very nice, big and comfortable house with an amazing view. Garden very relaxing, nice view and fruit trees.

As an architect I’m not easily impressed. But Villa Pelagoon is something else. perfect balance between nature and the buildings with views to die for. Top of the line in every aspect from ac to finish of every detail. With that said the best thing about Villa Pelagoon was the service. Cleaning was impeccable. Last but not least the manger Nikos was the nices guy I ever meet. Fixed every request within minutes and made us feel at home from start to finish.

We arrived at Filokalia the first day medican Daniel started and spent four days here. Although the weather was very bad, we had a great time thanks to the great staff. We had a nice big room with a balcony overlooking the pool and bar. At the bar, the kind Shelina makes great food and cocktails at good prices, always with a smile. The other family members were also very nice. We will definitely be back.
