The villa was lovely, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views over the sea.
It was spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels throughout the week.
The host Babis was very helpful and friendly, helping with places to eat and ordering taxis, he made us feel very welcome.
The resident dog and cats were all very friendly and loved our cuddles
The bus stop was at the bottom of the drive and it was only 2 Euros to Skiathos town, great for shopping and exploring.
The supermarket was at the bottom of the drive and was well stocked with the essentials needed for breakfasts and light meals, especially the lovely pastries.
It was only a short walk to the nearest beach which was very clean, The Beach House restaurant had lovely food and you can hire an umbrella and 2 loungers for 20 euros a day
Built amongst olive trees and roses, Takis Studios is 1.5 km from the famous Xamenos Beach in Skiathos.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was only for two nights before we flew home but we were happy with our choice for the price. The location was a little out from the main town but we were fine to wander into town & get a taxi back (10€) it is up the most steep winding road, we walked up once & vowed never again ha ha!! The location however was so peaceful & relaxing we loved it. Pool & area clean with a snack/drink bar which we used. The breakfast was tasty plentiful & homemade. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. all lovely. The host was always around should we have needed anything and was so friendly & helpful. Our room was top floor with a generous balcony overlooking the airport, sea & mountains. The noise from occasional planes stopped by bedtime & never bothered us. Our room was clean, modern, lovely bathroom with toiletries, hot water & great water pressure. Soft towels & comfortable mattress. Kettle & fridge were a bonus. Quiet & efficient air con. Plenty of clothes storage & decent size room with lovely view even from sitting in bed! Little tv which if needed did have a couple of English channels/film channels. The quality of the room, lovely breakfast & pool with views made up for being slightly out of town. If I went back I would consider renting a car/scooter to get to & from town but taxis were readily available & between 4 of us really not expensive at all. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

The Location was absolutely fantastic, Il Posto the cafe next door was absolutely fantastic also where the staff work so hard and are so friendly despite how busy they are, friendly owner and room cleaned daily were spotless fair play to the lady, I would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone apartment fully air conditioned also

Simple but comfortable and clean with everything I needed for my holiday . Cleaned every day with fresh laundry etc. . Very convenient for the town and also bus station for travel round island .superb airport service - met on arrival and dropped off on return - much appreciated and efficient . The view was stunning. You need a car to stay there and make sure its a small car as the roads are tight. The apartment was fine for us. It wouldn't suit people wanting to play loud music or rowdy times. The owner is charming and the cleaners diligent.
Extremely comfortable. The host was exceptional. The apartment was stocked with wine, orange juice, coffee, cream, sugar…whatever you would need in your kitchen. Appliances as well with plates, utensils and cups. If we had any questions, the host was readily available. Apartment was clean with a private balcony.
Our apartment at Helen's 11 was spacious. The view was wonderful. The location was very close to a bus station. The place was very clean. Giannis was a great host, offering us info and support to any problem we had. We are fully recommending this location.
Lovely and simple apartment with a splendid core and in a convenient location, recommended if you look for an easy-going place. Only 10 minutes away from the main city, near to the bus stop and a nice scooter/car rental (plus coffee shops and markets).
You can also find a pleasant beach walking just down the house.

We’ve had the big apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and great terrace. Everything is done with good taste, nice materials ( wood, stones, raw material, not imitations).
The bed are comfortables, the location is quiet, the view of the sea is wonderful. You have everything you need for self catering.

Very well appointed, well kept studio apartment with good natural light - sun in the morning. Location super close to bus stop on the road going into town and out to beaches. The shower was AMAZING. The cleaner came every day. Giannis was very responsive and helpful with guidance for things to do on the island. Nice big terrace to sit out on with leafy surroundings and the sea in the background. Aircon worked a treat indoors. Walking distance to shops and beaches.
We spent a lovely week in Hadoula Studios. Sparos, the host is very kind and helpful, the apartment is clean, well-equipped and has an amazing view to the sea. Recommend it.
Villa Kim was just as described, it had a lovely view from our studio apartment. The apartment was just right for the two of us and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. Our host, Kim, was very friendly and accommodating and was keen to ensure we had everything we needed. There were a couple of minor things that needed attending to while we were there but they were resolved immediately and without fuss.
Its a family run business and their hospitality exceeded our expectations - very forthcoming and supportive any requests such as suggestions for rental and towels, let us even stay even longer than usual check out. The price is very reasonable. The apartment is comfortable and well located, town and beach easy to reach. There is a super market and also very good gyros restaurant close by. If you are looking for this apartment and place to stay in Skiathos, don’t think twice just book it.
