Really near the bottom one Pirveli lift (30m up and 100m down by ski slope) in the Lower Gudauri (not the New Gudauri). You can ski down right to your building door. Very warm flat. You can comfortably fit up to 4-5 people here. Have a balcony. The host answered all questions and helped to resolve all issues. There is a luggage storage room, ski depot and dressing room on the 1st floor. You can find a good Spar groceries store 200m up on the main road and public transport stop in a 100m from an apartment building.
Wonderful apartment with spectacular mountain views! The location is superb – close to gondola and ski lifts, true ski in – ski out accommodation. Cafes, bars, and restaurants are at your doorsteps. The staff is friendly, very helpful and attentive. Great and thoughtful interior design with a wow-monumental painting on the walls!
