We were upgraded and the penthouse apartment, consisting of an upper floor (sitting room, dining room and kitchen which was marvellous for unwinding as a group, perfect after a long day of sightseeing – we were 5) and the lower sleeping floor. The master suite was lovely and large, the double bedroom comfortable and a small single room. The apartment is in a good location, across from Hyde Park and 5 minutes' walk to Kensington high street. Staff were super responsive and made us feel very welcome and at home.

Fit for purpose. Exactly what I needed for my work trip. I wanted somewhere self catering that I could cook dinner and have my breakfast so I didn’t need to order in for a full week and it met that requirement. The bed was really comfortable I slept great every night. The hosts were helpful but also didn’t bother me unnecessarily. The house was quiet. Grocery shop nearby. Really convenient for any medical people doing courses at the Griffin Institute. I felt safe in the neighbourhood.
