The location is great to walk into Croydon Town. The kitchen is lovely and bathroom a good size. If the weather had been nicer we would have made use of the patio area.

Fabian is a wonderful host and the garden flat is very private with its own entrance for you to come and go as you please. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. The basic kitchenette has all the crockery you would need and the bathroom has plenty of space with a lovely hot shower.
Fabian was a great host and he made sure I had everything I needed. The flat is in a good and quiet location. I loved having access to the garden with such great views.
The view that we face when stepping out of the apartment - a spacious, well maintained large garden, with pond in one of the corners, the water lillies and the red fishes in it.
We really enjoyed having our breakfast outside the apartment!
The whole experience was terrible from booking to turning up to the apartment with no water, the host being unresponsive, then having to relocate at 11pm in the evening!
