Compact but comfortable for our short stay, both beds were ample size, the pull out sofa bed was shared by my 11 & 8 year olds, my 11 year old is quite tall but there was still ample room, the main bed was also really comfortable.
The supplies were outstanding, lots of tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk, the shower was surprisingly efficient considering the size of the pod. We had use of a fan and hairdryer too, my husband and children LOVED the outdoor beanbag, we'll be getting one. I was very impressed with the wheelbarrow for luggage, the car park is not right next to the accommodation and as with most trips with children there's always 101 things to carry. We didn't have chance to use the bbq or the fire pit but it was excellent that everything was supplied to be able to use both of those things.

The location is excellent and a good starting point for cycling and walking. The apartment is spacious for two people and is well-equipped. With the windows open, you're close enough to hear the waves on the shore.

We loved the lodge so much it was cosy & comfortable. Lovely little touches like eggs, bread & milk left for us on arrival. Self check in was easy, the bath was lovely just a shame it was a cloudy evening. Perfect location, very peaceful & private. Would definitely recommend & would stay here again without question.

Extremely clean and delightful facilities available. So cozy with the log fire which was on a few hours prior to our visit and the owners were so lovely and helpful, providing a map of the area for scenic walks. Very comfy bed and all you will need for cooking, pleasant shower and plenty of storage. Such a beautiful location, surrounded by trees and wildlife and waking up to the sound of chickens was my personal favourite. Worth every single penny!

Cottage was in a very good location and condition, not too far a driving distance from the yarmouth terminal. Everything in the apartment was the same as in the photos. So neat and well maintained with all facilities functioning properly. No complaints at all. Also a walking distance to the beach, It was quite easy to retrieve the keys as directed by the host .There was easy access to the property and a designated parking space. So grateful for the welcome "goodies" provided upon arrival. It was indeed a home away from home.

We had a very enjoyable short stay at the property. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Nothing was too much for them. Cooked breakfast with lots of choice. Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. The location is quiet but you can get everywhere easily by car. Bus connection is also pretty good. We enjoyed our walk to the Needles and the rest of the coastal walk. Thank you Sarah and Jean Pierre! Xx
The apartment and the location were great. We loved our holiday there. The beach hut is a very nice feature, and it gave us a great possibility to sit outside and enjoy the excellent view. Jo is a great hostess and she makes sure everything is in perfect order. The apartment was very specious and clean. Everything we could possibly need was there. Parking for our car was also arranged. Hopefully we will come back some day.
Location was excellent and plenty of room for the family. Lovely big kitchen and island for sitting on though odd that most cupboards seem to have alcohol but no serving dishes. The views were good and it was nice and close to a supermarket for shopping which is ideal for self catering.
The property was immaculate. Will be booking this apartment again in the near future.

The location is superb. We could hear the sea at night which was lovely. Flat was clean & warm. Waterfront pub a quick stroll away, good food & atmosphere.
Jo and her partner were very welcoming and made us feel special. The apartment was spacious and contained all the equipment necessary for a comfortable holiday. We were sorry to leave.
Bay House is a perfect place for a short stay on the Isle of Wight....immaculately clean, fabulous breakfasts, and Sarah and Jean-Pierre were brilliant hosts who bent over backwards to help us. We had some band gear with us which they kindly let us store in the house (rather than leave in the car). Very welcoming, thank you both!
