The location was excellent\ The apartment was clean and tidy and everything that you would need for stay was there, My only comment would be the curtains in main room were a bit tatty and broken by as there were blinds we still had the privacy. In the bathroom I was surprised that the window did not have a privacy glass and the blinds were broken. Having said all this I would like to thank the owners for a lovely comfortable stay and would love to come back

Emma has thought of everything you could possibly need from the welcome pack including milk and a cream tea to the children's toys, even for for the bath. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in this lovely village. The apartment is beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and feels like much loved a home. We wished we could have stayed longer!
Well decorated with lots of nice touches like milk and cream tea ingredients, coffee pods, fudge, nice quality hand washes, dishwasher tablets all the items that sometimes are missing from holiday rentals.
Lovely clean apartment,all as described. A few issues quickly dealt with by Ali,property management. Well situated for nearby Blackpool sands,and other sand/pebble beaches .A short park/ride to pretty Dartmouth,and equally the short ferry (£15 return,includes passengers,) to Brixham and beyond ,is a must. The property has a really nice sitting out area,with lovely views over the garden and trees,and in decent weather,which we had,the sea beyond.would certainly recommend the actual apartment .
Such a great stay with our family and three kids. Great place to stay with small kids, very homely and with toys and games that our kids enjoyed.
Everything in this apartment is thought through to the tiniest detail.

My stay at the apartment was absolutely splendid, with a range of modern appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system, enhancing the convenience and comfort of my city escape. The tranquillity of the location was remarkable, offering a serene and quiet atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation.
Lovely apartment, extremely very well equipped and perfect location for our break. Excellent pub, The Green Dragon, with lovely atmosphere and great food just a few minutes up the road. Kendricks restaurant is also good and opposite the apartment.
Parking outside was a bonus!
Beautiful apartment with loads of quality items included that meant we didn't have to go and buy anything extra. Appreciated the welcome pack too. Great communication from Emma before we went and really couldn't ask for anything more... apart from better weather. Thanks so much.
