The flat was perfectly clean, the kitchenette very well equipped (with brand new appliances), and we had space to relax. The flat felt fresh and was thoughtfully furnished. Very convenient location if you plan to travel by train (2 min walk to the station, but far enough not to hear the trains). The bus stop is also near and the underground station about 15 min away. The host was friendly and answered quickly to our questions.

We only stayed 1 night on route to Heathrow and had several issues! When i originally booked i made sure to book ground floor apartment with garden as we had elderly relative with us. We were put in top floor so she really struggled with stairs! The key wouldn't work in door and took us ages to get in.
The apartment is far too hot and stuffy, you couldn't breath in the bedroom as you cannot open windows, this was terrible for my sons breathing as he has asthma!!
The parking was an issue, we left to go get food then couldn't get parked when we arrived back!!! When we booked it said parking space provided, should be more clear that there isn't enough spaces for all apartments!!
Worst of all you have to pay £200 deposit which I have never known before but I done it and 3 days after we left we recieved an email to say there was a cracked tile and they were keeping deposit!!! When I have emailed them back they are not responding!! I will never book with them again and will be pursuing to get our £200 deposit returned!!!
I have stayed in several apartments through airbnb etc. Which have all been amazing!!

Super nice host. The inside of the apartment is well appointed and has pretty much everything needed for a week's stay. Unlike many apartments of this kind, it is cosy, has good lighting, modern bathroom and feels comfortable.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
It was a good location for the film studios, located in lovey scenery, quiet so got a peaceful night sleep and parking available. Check in was easy and staff were helpful.
I didn't eat there but my partner stayed there a few weeks earlier for work and said the meals were tasty.
Stayed for one night on 1st June, 2024 as attending a party up the road. What a fantastic building, steeped in history. Very quirky inside, wonderful to wander around. Comfortable bed and very clean throughout. Met Tom, the host, in the morning and after he cooked us a delicious breakfast, he stayed for a chat, telling us about the history of the building and letting us look around more. Great bloke, great place and very reasonably priced. Will visit again when in the area. Would definitely recommend.
Friendly host. Good location. We bought dinner from the chippy on the corner and was pretty happy with it. Comfy beds and we stayed warm and slept well. Easy check-in. Clean. We dropped off our friends at the airport the next day, quick and uncomplicated drive. The owner let us park the car in front of the apartment, off the street. All good.
Great location, hospitality, food, and room. We would definitely stay there again! History of house is interesting. It's proximity to Pinewood Studios is a plus for those in the film industry.
