When we arrived early it wasn’t a problem to live the luggage from the star the everyone was very friendly and a comedian.

Everything. Andrea was extremely welcoming and every comfort had been provided for our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the garden was really pretty.

The location was brilliant, 5 minutes walk from town centre. The breakfast was very good too, usually when one stays at an apartment it is self catering. Mike was a very good host, This stay was excellent in every way.

Lovely little apartment. Very comfortable bed and a choice of sofas to lounge on. Lots of space for both of us. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the appliances, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you could wish for, and the hosts were thoughtful enough to provide a pint of milk in the fridge (they must have known we'd be gasping for a cuppa after a 5-hour journey. The apartment is spotless and well-maintained. If we could afford to, it's just the type of little holiday home we'd love to own ourselves. Oh, and it's only a few minutes walk from Torquay train station, and there us a large Co-op supermarket nearby as well as a nice pub if you need a tasty dinner when you arrive.

We had a fantastic stay here, great location within walking distance of a lovely cove (complete with cafe serving food, alcohol), shops and eateries in Wellswood and not far to walk into central Torquay. The apartment (no 6) was amazing, beautifully decorated and spotless, very well appointed with top brands (SMEG) lots of lovely personal touches like cake, milk and soft drinks in the fridge for your arrival. The hosts are very welcoming with local information but also discreet. Parking is easy and the beautiful garden is there for you to enjoy. I cannot recommend this enough.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Perfect location for us as know the area well and wanted somewhere peaceful and with beautiful views, which this had in abundance. Property was beautifully decorated with everything you could possibly need. Hosts were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyed seeing artist Ian's studio and the fabulous artworks. We will return ...... many thanks !!
Spotlessly clean, good location, not noisy other than the seagulls (more of a problem if you sleep in the loft). Excellent response to any problems by the hosts who sorted things out immediately.
Beautifully decorated garden lodge. Everything you need is provided by the owners. Ian and Sharon are very friendly and loved the fantastic art studio attached to the lodge.
The apartment, was great, everthing, you needed, the courtyard was a nice little touch, the hosts were very helpful. Definitely go back...

Great location and views. Comfortable and clean. Milk provided on arrival in the fridge. Welcoming flat. Modern and well equipped kitchen. Quiet location.
The owner, Ian, met us when we arrived and showed us to our lodge, after letting us view his magnificent art studio. The lounge and kitchen had everything we wanted; a good size, tastefully designed, safe and secure. After unpacking we went for a 5 minute stroll and ended up beside the river that had a very relaxing feel.
Great view and outdoor space, lovely spacious and comfortable apartment, furnished to a high standard with everything you need for a short stay. Easy, pleasant walk into Shaldon to beach and restaurant/pubs. Highly recommend.
