The Jewel in the crown is beautiful we all loved the decor and it felt very cosy. Perfect for a family break.
A lovely farm style kitchen, two lovely bedrooms, a beautiful cosy sitting area and a further sitting area.
Very clean stylish bathroom and property very clean throughout.
Barbara the host was very welcoming and friendly. Made to feel like nothing was too much trouble.
The kitchen was well stocked with bread, milk, cereals, jam, bacon, butter - and the best free range eggs from the chickens on the farm (they were delicious).
The cottage also had stocked bathroom, games to play, TV and WiFi (though we didn't really use WiFi as we were having a lovely time without it).
The views are beautiful surrounding the cottage. You even get your own little garden.
My children loved seeing the animals on the farm too it was a real highlight.
All in all just a wonderful place to stay, highly reccomend.

Waters Edge is a beautiful well thought out apartment with stunning views. Very clean and tidy. It had everything there you could need.
The guest information book was fantastic with walks and restaurants nearby, complete with menus.

We received a message with details of Key code & Wi-Fi code quite early in the day. This settled us knowing we didn’t have to faff about when we were ready to arrive at the property, Communicating with the host was a breeze, effortlessly pleasant… The house, too big for 3 people but awfully nice to have the space! Great place for a large family that’s for sure ..
Lounge & kitchen quite spacious and bedrooms are a good size.. Toilet/bathroom/kitchen are clean and tidy..
***Would we stay here again in the future? Yes most definitely! ***

Antler Lodge will definitely go down as one of the best places I've ever stayed. Barbara and Angus were so welcoming and greeted us with such warmth from the outset, they really couldn't have done more to make our stay as lovely as it was. We only had a short stay as we were going to a wedding nearby but the lodge was so clean, cosy and the fresh eggs were such a treat. We got to see the pigs and piglets after the wedding which was the best surprise! Wish we could have stayed longer but I've no doubt we will be back soon!
the hosts had thought of everything to make our short stay as relaxing as possible. milk, bread eggs and more were left for us in the fridge. the appartments was beautifully furnished and perfectly kept.
