I was made very welcome, the Studio was exactly what I needed for my trip. It’s very cosy with a lovely log burner, huge telly and reclining chairs. It was spotlessly clean and I had everything I needed.

This little gem excels what it offers. It's self catering accommodation on a budget. The hosts are amazing, rooms spacious and very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Free parking. Fantastic location for Retford/Leverton.
Its a well presented spacious apartment - lots of light with big wndows in the lounge and bedroom. Very modern and all the mod cons in the kitchen. Felt safe and secure with access to the apartments via a doorway that was key controlled.
Brilliant that you get the whole apartment to yourself, pretty much. Plenty of tea bags and fresh milk provided instead of sachets or UHT. The carpet was really soft and clean.
This was the cheapest option for a self catering room and provided we with an en-suite bedroom and shared kitchen facilities in a shared house. The bedroom and en-suite were clean and adequate for my long weekend stay. The kitchen was a domestic kitchen with refridgerator and washing machine. I used the microwave for heating up ready-meals. Joe was very friendly and made we a mug of tea when I arrived after a difficult train journey and on the next day when I arrived back from my day's activities.
Self catering & the kitchens were spotless & loads of utensils. Receptionist fantastic. I was delayed but she waited till I arrived & then carried my bags upstairs
We have stayed at the Lawns before and they provided everything we needed for a self catering break. Our preference is to stay in an apartment and look after ourselves during our stay. The lawns staff are happy to allow this.
