Nothing, it was disgusting with stains and hairs on the bed, it was in a disgusting state, does handles missing, I tried to communicate with the hotel but had no response at all. Horrendous, my colleague rightfully refused to stay there and ended up in a premier in paying a huge amount so I am awaiting reimbursement

The apartment is bright and airy. It was pretty warm in the apartment, despite being late September, so we didn't need the heating. We even opened the windows through the night.
We found the bed comfortable, but it is very low, so anyone with mobility issues might struggle; it is also just a standard double (feels small when you're used to King size).
The apartment was well soundproofed - we didn't hear any sound from lifts, corridors, neighbours, etc.
The bathroom was a decent size and well equipped. The kitchenette was ideal and stocked with coffee and milk, etc. and condiments.
The host, Christine, was very helpful and also notified us that the apartment was available earlier than expected.
The location was ideal for us, as we didn't have to negotiate the city centre. We also had a nice walk along the canal. A Tesco Express is just adjacent to the building, and a Pizza Express is 100 yards away next to the Royal Armoury building.
All in all, a value for money stay.

It appears that the apartment that is listed is never available and they direct you to another apartment which does not have the facilities they describe. Many comments I have subsequently read say that this is a scam

The host was fast with her responses and willing to help with any request which was greatly appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable too and the apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival. Myself and the other guests were happy during our time here and if we ever come back to Wakefield, we’d definitely book again!

The apartment is in an excellent location right in the center of Pontefract. All day parking is a minutes walk away and only £3. The apartment is clean and extremely comfortable with 2 rooms both en-suite and a further shower room in the living room which has a sofa bed. Excellent value for money.
It was perfectly located for where we needed to be. Because it was an apartment and we had the option of preparing our own meals, here was an Asda within a 3 min drive or 10 min walk. It was clean and modern, couldn't have wanted for more

Great, spacious apartment. Overall very clean and pleasant with all the basics for a short stay in town. The owner was really helpful and even brought us a brand new saucer when we told him the ones in the apartment were a bit small; that was super thoughtful of him. Check-in was contactless and super easy. The location is 10 points.
