Upon arrival, I was clearly struggling to enter the tiny door with my suitcases and bags and a young man working there helped me out. He asked if I was looking for an early check in as I had arrived at about 1:30 and check in was 3. I said yes so he got his supervisor for me, who was really friendly and let me check in early for free since the room was ready - which was super helpful for me and I really appreciated.
The bed was comfy.
