Excellent location with secure parking. X2 double bedrooms including one en-suite suited myself and my daughter perfectly. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our short stay. Sea view and view over St Austell from bedrooms and lounge. Ideally placed for a 10 min drive to lovely Charlestown and Eden project Used local restaurants including Holmbush Inn, Tesco cafe and Salty Bay pizza. Rockhill cafe at Bugle was excellent. Excellent information from host before and during our stay.

Everything, in such a pretty setting. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Lots of little touches like fresh bread, butter, conserve and wine on arrival. The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts Deborah and Peter. The position is perfect everything nearby or a short drive plus great location to explore the coastal villages. Highly recommend.

Ali the host was very helpful. The annexe was very clean and had some great facilities. Lovely garden to sit in until the sun went. Good quiet location with the best pub in Lostwithiel just 5 mins walk away.

Impeccably clean, great base to explore Cornwall. Knowledgeable host, and quick to fix a small lighting problem. Stock of essentials was a lovely touch for any forgotten bits and pieces.

The property was located only a few minutes walk from the harbour at Charlestown.
The property was clean and roomy, perfect for our needs, and great for us as we had our sprocker with us.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
This is a beautiful present property with such great attention to detail. We stayed in the loft which was quite a big area for an apartment you could easily live there, comfortable bed, superb shower and all the amenities you could need. The apartment was decorated in a sporty theme which made you want to look and investigate every inch of the area.
The hosts Rachel & David made us feel very welcome.

Beautifully designed and decorated loft apartment, 'The Butler's Loft'. So cosy, comfortable, warm and like a home from home. Immaculately clean. Had everything you could want in terms of kitchen equipment, toiletries, hairdryer, etc. Quiet and calm location. Plenty of space for a couple to stay. Easy, free parking outside.
The Queensbury Loft was spacious and beautifully decorated. The studio flat was quiet and set within the lovely surrounding of the main house and garden.
Self catering & contained loft apartment. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean and tidy. Tracey is lovely, said hello and left us to it. Plenty of space to park and easy to find. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Really comfy bed in a quiet location, we slept very well. Great base for us, we got the train to St Ives & Newquay. Eden project is just around the corner, as we had our car we drove to Lizard Point & Lands End. there’s lots to do nearby. As it is self contained, take some towels with you.
