how clean it was to begin with, felt very welcoming, colour scheme was inviting and cozy along with the outdoor bbw which we used lots! felt spacious considering it isn’t an overly large space, tv in the corner of the bed was a nice touch for movies! free range to explore the grounds and scenery around us, even had a little picnic out by one of the bodies of water, also loved how soft the toilet paper was!! thanks so much! will definitely be back

Proximity to town was great. All facilities great only there 1 night so all good.

The outside of the property and surrounding area lets the accommodation down as it's quite shabby. However, if you can overlook that the actual apartment is very nice, modern and clean. Nice bathroom and kitchen and open plan area.
The studio was well located with great views around, plenty of places to eat and drink as well as great things to do on the doorstep. It was also nice being able to bring our dog.
it has everything I needed for a short stay overnight for a wedding. I would like to thank the manager at Rutland point for organising a lift for me to the wedding and back as I realised upon arrival there are no Ubers/taxis in the area. such a kind person who really cared about making sure I was having a great time. thank you.
