Lovely peaceful and cosy property. Bathroom toiletries provided. We had a warm welcome from Jessica who showed us around. The garden is picture perfect and well looked after. The coach house has been tastefully decorated and feels like a home from home. We were lucky to get clear skies for star gazing and also watching the bats flying around. All in all a perfect weekend retreat.

Everything was perfect even the extra towels, the bedroom was huge with a lovely bed, the house was cosy and comfy, parking was very easy with reserve parking. The area is ideal for walkers, bird watchers, close to the beach and if you are an aircraft enthusiast Donna Nook bombing range is quite near by and you get a free display by the RAF finest. The breakfast was great value for money and I would recommend ordering. The studio had everything that you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Communication and instructions from the owner were very good and clear. The accommodation was as described and very good. We were only there for the one night, but it fulfilled our needs very well. We particularly liked the outdoor furniture.

2 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Nice small courtyard off the kitchen.

Location is excellent for getting out and about in the Lincolnshire countryside and the beach and sea is only minutes by car. Village has some nice pubs to walk to.
The annexe is a good size and superb for self catering and it has its own private garden with table and chairs.

Self catering apartment. Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, modern kitchen and bathroom. Good selection of brochures with suggestions of places to visit in the surrounds. Great central location with access through the "secret door" to the main street. Lots of pubs and places to eat on the door step. We loved the view of the church through the living room windows. The parking space was a valuable bonus.
The apartment was really well furnished and equipped and immaculately clean. It was really well presented and had a great view over the rooftops to the medieval church and its dramatic tower and spire. If anything the photos didn’t do it justice. The owner contacted us several times to check in and make sure we were OK.
