Hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Had left milk for tea and biscuits. Everywhere was clean, decor lovely.
There was an issue with the radiator which was being fixed on arrival which did not affect our stay at all. The hosts were in for less than 10 minutes. However we arrived back later that evening to flowers, wine and cake for the inconvenience. Honestly was not an issue but the thought really was kind and went a long way. Thank you !!!

All the detail in the property was just amazing!
The owner was lovely extremely helpful and very hospitable!! I would definitely stay here again! My daughter and her friend didn't want to leave! The only thing I would say and it didn't effect the 10 star rating!!! was just sofa bed was hard so wouldn't be good for adults but the girls made big den on the floor! 🥰 thank you so much! Highly recommended see you soon!!!!

Absolutely beautiful home, which was clean, modern and a home from home. We stayed here to go to Harry Potter studios which was a perfect location. There was beds for all the family, and everyone had there own space. Being in a house allowed us to cook for the kids and had so many advantages over a hotel. It also had a parking space included. We will absolutely use this property again as a gateway to central london. Perfect!!!!!

the carpet looked new on the stairs. the owner was helpful i letting us into the property early as had a young child who needed a nap before tour.
