I liked the breakfast, location, just next to university of Manchester which is 10 minute walk from the hotel. Location around is very nice, pharmacy supermarket all closeby in walking distance. u have some very good restaurants also on oxford street.

The location is superb. Close to motorway and town centre.
The room that we stayed in was clean and bed comfortable. I slept well despite the sound of traffic (which can be expected)
For the accommodation it was value for money. If you are looking for short stay and nothing too fancy. Tea and coffee provided
Beautifully renovated, lots of ground floor space (large kitchen/diner and separate lounge) and the bedrooms were all lovely (the top bedroom / loft conversion was my favourite). Very big main bathroom with a gorgeous bathtub and large shower area and the top bedroom had a good sized en-suite shower room too.
Location was very good, everything you needed was around you and was really accessible. Lovely nature walk very close by also! The apartment itself was very clean and provided everything you needed. Very reasonable for the price of the apartment also!
Stayed while doing a course at jessica megan studios, great location only a 5-10 minute walk. Both host and cleaner Bev were amazing, nothing was too much, Bathroom was immaculate, was made to feel really at home, kitchen has everything you need, with an Aldi only a 2 minute walk, quite road and had the best night sleep I've had in years! All in all an amazing stay and would highly recommend value for money and amazing hosts! Xx
The first room which we were offered had a broken catch on the window and was letting in cold air - reception were quick to respond to a request for a better room. Always happy when staff respond in a friendly and helpful way when there are problems.

And nothing was too much trouble - they even helped us get a taxi. The breakfast was hot and good quality. The hotel itself was dated but clean, our mattress was so thin you could feel the board underneath and we had a flat pillow each. Saying that we had read the reviews and knew what to expect and as long as it was clean we thought it was value for money.
