The hotel was well positioned for Edinburgh, had a bar and restaurant and also live music(not too loud) on Saturday night. The room had everything I needed for a short stay on my own with large smart TV. Staff were always busy but friendly and helpful. I did not sample the food but judging by the car park it must be good.
Quiet and cosy property. Large garden and beautiful surrounding. Had everything needed for self catering break. Lovely area with good links by train and road. Brilliant walking routes right on the door step.
Fine for a short stay, as it provides clean basic accommodation at a very reasonable price. Staff helpful and friendly. Historic building with meals available on site. Easy bus journey into Edinburgh from bus stop outside pub.
beautiful little cottage , very rustic , beautiful surrounding land and an absolutely stunning garden my daughters and puppy had the best time and the owners/staff were so friendly they went out of their way to bring my daughters a slide & some toys etc. we were also allowed to bring along our paddling pool which we were helped to fill. the beds were comfy , the cottage was filled with everything required for a self catering stay.
keys were easy to access via a key safe.its a Lovely property really clean warm and cosy. Well equipped with everything needed for self catering., and super crispy white cotton bed linen encasing quality duvets and pillows.A Beautiful location with stunning views and so peaceful,A nightingale woke me up at dawn with a beautiful mesmerising song. ive only heard a nightingale once in my lifetime .so it was really special.i really enjoyed our stay and have already booked again.
