Everything was on the money, perfect. Instructions were clear, the flat was as described, and the conditions in the property ideal for our one-night stay, including really lovely little kindnesses such as tea, coffee and milk already there upon arrival, as well as little gifts. Well done for perfect and comfy bedding, cozy place. Compost toilet is a great idea. We only stayed for one night, left early in the morning. Alan was helpful. Toilet was outside the room. This could be a great experience but this time we were too tired to experience it. Also, if you could highlight compost toilet and toilet outside the room in facilities available then guest can choose the best option for the stay. It’s nature friendly and great initiative, we will be back to experience it again.

Lovely warm caravan with everything you could want. Not far from beautiful unspoilt New Quay and less than 5 min from a dog friendly beach.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Self catering. Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Plenty of crockery and utensils etc. Some nice touches including fresh garden herbs for making herbal tea, fresh garden flowers, speciality welsh cakes, coffee and sugar.
Property was really stylish, well decorated and clean, the host was super friendly and helpful. Perfect location for what we needed it for, flat had everything we needed. Rooms were nice and spacious and super comfy. Would definitely be back

The apartment had everything we needed, milk, etc, and towels, including bathroom essentials if needed, rooms were big and light, the whole apartment was fab 👌

Room was lovely, very clean with everything you need, small but perfectly adequate for short stays, the owner couldn't be more helpful and was always there if you had any questions.
We liked the location of the Hotel, the cleanliness and the food - we were there for one night so only had breakfast, which was a full english and this was very tasty and plentiful. The staff were welcoming, friendly and most accommodating. Although the Hotel is on the High Street they have plenty of free parking at the rear of their property - access to this is by the main entrance to the Hotel, which is so convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will be returning.
A lovely, clean, tastefully decorated apartment. Nice little touches with the extra toiletries, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits and a lovely keepsake to take home with us. The owner was very helpful in providing maps and instructions to gain entry and park. Thank you!
Location was really beautiful & peaceful and the accommodation was self catering. The unit was compact but had everything needed for a short stay (including tea and coffee) Shelly left lovely shortbread biscuits for our arrival (much appreciated) and gave advice about areas to fish nearby. Given the beautiful weather we had we were able to eat all our meals outside.
