We found that although small, it had everything that was needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of cooking gadgets. The owner was lovely and came and welcomed us and had a lovely chat letting us know places in the area, etc. The route onto the main roads was easy to travel in any direction in Devon. The High Street had plenty of food takeaways and a great coop all within 2 min walk.
If you are after intimate and cosy, you will definitely like it here.

We really loved our stay here, we had the self catering studio which was lovely, great features in the studio and a lovely little courtyard. It was a really comfortable and roomy place and you could easily spends weeks there if ever needed. Location is great for Dartmoor Zoo, which was the main reason for our trip, and easy to find. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and the hosts very friendly and helpful. Even the TV had all the apps for any downtime.
