Really comfortable and spacious room. Kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Really appreciated that there was a dishwasher and that the room was regularly cleaned. Staff were so friendly and helpful and we really liked that coffee and tea were available all day for free. Breakfast was brilliant - Really substantial.

Incredible stay, Darren was the friendliest and most helpful host who couldn’t have done any more for us! the apartment was spotless! And cupboards were stocked free of use.
The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone.
The apartment is in a fantastic location right on the Quayside and short walking distance from the city centre

Location quiet, but shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity; good bus service directly into town. Apartment generously warm, wonderfully spacious and equipped way beyond mere necessities. Contact with owner instant and easy.
We arrived in the snow and it really was cosy! The kitchen had everything we needed and with a small supermarket over the road we were able to cook meals easily. The settees and beds were really comfortable and the apartment is nicely decorated. Communication with the host was good. Location was excellent for exploring the city and the nearby parks are beautiful.
Spacious, warm, peaceful and very comfortable apartment - excellent location for visiting Heaton specifically or Newcastle in general. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back.
The sofa bed and carpets threw out the apartment had Beatles on them, the walls had lots of holes and overall the apartment wasn’t clean, our door to our apartment wouldn’t lock either. Beds aren’t comfy either
This apartment is absolutely perfect for exploring the city; it is close to everywhere you could want to go. It has been done out very nicely and looks very new with everything you need whilst being nicely decorated. The apartment is spacious and good value and communication with Phil was great. Thank you!
