Excellent location for Wembley stadium, spotlessly clean, nice and warm with no central heating on throughout our stay.
Super quiet throughout the day and night , we didn’t hear any noise from other residents at any point.

All the detail in the property was just amazing!
The owner was lovely extremely helpful and very hospitable!! I would definitely stay here again! My daughter and her friend didn't want to leave! The only thing I would say and it didn't effect the 10 star rating!!! was just sofa bed was hard so wouldn't be good for adults but the girls made big den on the floor! 🥰 thank you so much! we stayed for 3 nights and it was a perfect. The property is right around the corner from watford high street station which is 20mins into central London. We walked 15 minutes to Watford junction station where we picked up the Harry Potter free shuttle bus. A short walk from the property are lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and also the shopping centre where there's a cinema and climbing centre. The property was quiet and the kids loved the park across the road and the cinema room. They're all asking to go back again. Loved it.

It’s a beautiful building, the staff were friendly & attentive, it’s set back from the main road so there’s minimal traffic noise at night, cooked breakfast was excellent. It was a good location for our visit to the Harry Potter Studio Tour.
My son was staying there for his boxing tournament and we booked a room for the Saturday as the apartment we stayed in on the Friday was horrendous and we needed sleep
The room was a good size but we were given a wheelchair accessible room even though we didn’t need it. This meant a very low bed and low level bathroom suite.
Front desk reception welcome you and explain all the facilities and times. Our bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Had everything you needed for a short stay. The gastro pub staff were informative giving you offers available at the hotel. Great service, fast. Overall a lovely stay at the hotel. Thanks!
Superb Hotel in a Fantastic Location, ideal for Elstree Aerodrome & Elstree Studios. Very Well Appointed Bedrooms & Gardens are nicely landscaped. Restaurant was impressive & Food was excellent.
