For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
Upon first arriving at the apartment, we agreed it was cozy, looked nice enough. Was more than alright for two people to stay 4 nights. Oven was good. In a amazing location. Which reflects in the price point the owners want from you. I don't believe the owners are unreasonable with the price. But I do personally think it's a bit too high for what you get. Picturesque location. And if you are a couple. It will do you amazingly. It's not the Ritz, but it is manageable and affordable. It is a 8 rating for a reason, it did do us well.

Helpful and responsive team running the apartment, who provided clear instructions before/after/during our stay. The apartment is in a lovely, quiet location and is a good size, providing everything we needed for our short stay.
Great welcome pack most appreciated by the teenagers who got in there before the adults 😂. Accommodation was absolutely spotless and what a view. Great location to explore the local area and everything you’d need in a self catering flat.
Let’s not forget the waterfall shower which was brilliant with lovely soft towels provided.

The location was central, a flat 10 min walk from train, and all attractions. Breakfast was superb with large variety of choice freshly made, vegan, vegetarian options. Apartment was exceptionally clean, beds very comfortable, linens beautiful. The host Peter was informative, kind, generous with his time as we were a little “under the weather” and breakfast was provided for us in our room. One of the best places we have stayed in all our travels. We will return with our families !
I was working in Elgin for the weekend and booked Grampian Serviced Apartments for the first time.
The flat was exceptional. And. ....beds were so comfy. Best sleep in a long time. Very good value for money and l facilities within were excellent. This flat is certainly 'the jewel in the crown'.
The host was very accomodating and communication from the time of booking was exceptional.
I will most definitely book again.
the space of the apartment was a luxury, equipped kitchen included all what was needed for a short stay, house is located in a quiet area, in walking distance( 20 min) from the city Centre; we were impressed from the house and garden .
Spacious modern apartment on 1st floor. Very safe and quiet location. Stylishly furnished. Well equipped. Huge bath with plenty of hot water. Huge TV with free Prime and Netflix. Fast Wi-Fi. Spotless.
Host responded immediately. Had no issues at all but am sure if had, Sean would have sorted straight away.
