    We stayed for a week in Kestrel Lodge, which is on the first floor, accessed by external wooden staircase. This wasn’t a problem for us at all. The apartment itself was beautifully presented and extremely well provisioned with top quality equipment. Lovely grounds, very peaceful. We loved the cream tea awaiting us on arrival!

    We loved the flat and location although remote it wasn't that far to neighbouring towns/facilities. Very tasteful use of space and loved the layout. Very comfortable home from home feel. Just wish we had hit on a little better with the weather so we could of utilised the garden, which was very private.

    The accommodation was larger than we were expecting. All on the ground floor. Nice enclosed rear patio and garden. Perfect for eating out and letting your dog have some space. Parking in an allocated space next to the property. A very quiet location with plenty walks nearby.

    Beautiful location, lovely loft room with everything you needed. Comfy beds and great outdoor space. We would highly recommend a stay and would definitely go back again! Owners very helpful and friendly.

    It's a spacious flat. Large double bedroom. Nice secure garden so that the patio door could be left open for the dogs to wander in and out as they liked. We were only there for a few nights but the location was good. In the countryside but not far from Tiverton or Exmoor.

    We stayed in the woodpecker loft and the accommodation was lovely. Has pretty much everything you need and there was a cream tea in the loft on arrival which was very much enjoyed after a long journey. Location is great if your looking for somewhere a bit quieter to stay but still easy to travel around Devon, we visited areas in both the North and south on our visit. Would definitely recommend

    Quiet rural location, away from tourist spots. Attractive lodge accommodation, set in nice grounds, with an attractive lake. The Woodpecker Loft Apartment was nicely modernised and clean, with expected amenities and it's own private stairway entrance. A nice relaxing place to spend a few days.
