Richard and Cathy were very welcoming hosts. They greeted us and provided a great folder with local activities, places to eat and advice. The accommodation was in a quiet location but still close to the town and had breathtaking countryside views. Every room was cleaned thoroughly, especially the bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and they kindly left us a sweet treat. The family definitely exceeded our expectations and we hope to visit again!

It's a little home from home, we only stayed one night but could have stayed a week! We were just on a stop over after travelling to see family, everything we needed, we didn't cook but could have. There was milk n biscuits on arrival and beforehand had good communication with the host about my Dad's requirements after having an operation. Very warm happy place very well thought out with lovely supplies and furniture.

Having stayed at Mill Pond cottage before we knew what to expect and we weren't disappointed. Everything you could wish for in a holiday rental. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Close to all amenities the cottage is well situated for dining out, bus services and walks in the area.
The property was very clean and homely. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for everyday essentials for a short stay. Complimentary wine and chocs were left which was a really sweet. Folder with all instructions/ manuals were left and information of the local area/ places to visit. The property is in a central location to all the sites to visit in a lovely village.
The location was perfect with pretty walks in almost every direction. The cottage was very cosy and easy to find. We really enjoyed our short stay here and would recommend. We would definitely choose to stay again.
