Agreed to an early check in, as the room had been cleaned, and we arrived earlier than planned.
Really great service being shown into property and on call to help remind us of door codes when we ran into technical issues at a late hour.

Excellent location especially if you are visiting Thorpe Park or are looking somewhere pet friendly in the area. Nice self-contained annexe and lovely by the river, very peaceful and quiet. Dr Naren welcomed us on arrival and showed us around, key came with a remote for the gate so we could easily come and go as we pleased. Wifi was rock solid, we were streaming TV and had no issues. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was located in a gated community so we felt very safe and both the exterior and the interior corridors were clean and tidy. The apartment itself was fantastic with lovely design touches. Added to which we both had an amazing nights sleep ready for work the next day. We would recommend this apartment to anyone

We liked how the place was and cleanliness that it had. Serena managed to place all the mandatory stuffs for us and we really enjoyed our stay.
She had a tripod as well for clicking videos or pictures during the stay.

Apartment is very clean and has all the facilities. It is a big apartment. 2 minutes walk to underground station.

Very nice place, the owner was fantastic, I arrived later than anticipated, 11pm, I couldn't find the apartment, & the owner very kindly came & met me on foot. This was very much appreciated as it was a little difficult to find. He even provided me with bedroom slippers which was a very nice touch.
The property was very clean and the owner was very kind and always there to help if we ever needed him. Would always answer our calls. The apartment has everything you need from WIFI to a washing machine. All the facilities within the apartment were great.
