Very good online communication with the host and good, easy access. The accommodation is tight on space in the bedrooms, but it is a single width cabin, so it's to be expected. It suited my needs perfectly.

The accommodation was very comfortable. There’s a fridge available and nice coffees and teas available. We were able to park on the road outside. There are no restrictions. It’s then about a 10 to 15 minute easy walk to town.
Beatrix, our host, was very welcoming. Plenty of information about the local area. We had a delicious continental breakfast served in the dining room, which was very peaceful.

The Old Laundry blew us away! We booked the stay as we were attending a wedding in the town so just needed a place to stay but this exceed all expectations. It is one of the BEST accommodations I have ever stayed in. Sue made us feel so welcome and at home, we loved the welcome pack provided, such a thoughtful and generous touch. The location is amazing, the apartment is spacious with everything you need, and the bed is super comfy we slept like a log! Thank you so much for having us.

It was extremely well appointed, very cozy and the location on Coldharbour Farm was lovely. It’s a convenient distance from Rye itself and very close the Sussex coast too. The host Andrew was very friendly and accommodating.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. The flat is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and even closer to several shops and bus stops for Rye and Lydd. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We appreciated the milk and bread when we arrived and had access to tea and coffee and fruit. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had an issue with the bath plug getting stuck and a fire alarm battery needed replacing - the host was very responsive and sorted it out the next day.
Beautifully presented holiday home! Our ‘3G’ group loved our stay here. So comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It was lovely to have tea and cake when we arrived!
About 10 mins walk to the outstanding beach, either over the dunes or along Old Lydd Rd for flatter access. Easy drive to Rye and Dungeness.

Everything was great so close to where my family who were there for a freestyle dance festival were staying. Short walk to the venue. The caravan had everything you needed. Richard and Sarah thank you for letting me stay in your amazing home. Plus if you will have us we will be back next year
