The communication from the host was great. Updated clearly on the day the ways to get into the property.
The properly was clean and had everything needed for our stay. As we only stayed one night for ABBA voyage we were not too bothered on the looks or view, just somewhere to chill and sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms. The rooms were cozy, featuring good carpets and basic kitchen amenities. Despite my initial impressions of the property, the rooms exceeded my expectations with their cleanliness and modern design.

The property is on the ground floor level and thus is easily accessible.
It is spacious enough for a couple or one person.
It is a very good temporary place but they don't pay attention to the small details.
There is a TV that did not work on my last day due to internet issues ( not the fault of the host), a mini-fridge, microwave, dishes/pots, etc.
AC would be nice but there is a fan.

Spacious bright flat, lots of space, nice kitchen space, where you can cook if needed.
Soft nice bed and nice pillows and very quiet in the night.
The location itself is easy to get with car, just off A12 with conveniently BP Gas station next to it, where you can grad a hot Mocha or Cappuccino. or if you use public transport, a few min walk from a Tube station.
A few min walk is big McDonalds an ALDI where you can get your groceries
Nice area, right next to the tube station! Has a few takeaway options nearby and a Sainsbury's local.
The flat offered a full range of cooking appliances that we didn't use but would have if we stayed longer

The locations was great, right next to Newbury park tube station. The secure carpark was also good and worth the little extra we had to pay. The apartment was on the second floor but as the building had lifts, this was no issue.
