The person who welcomed us, not sure if she is the owner, but she was very kind and welcoming. I told her via booking l.com that I will be needing iron and ironing board for my clothes as I have meeting the next they, and when we arrived there it was all there ready for me to us. Very customer friendly.

It is difficult to find your apartment as all blocks look the same and nothing like pictures on booking .com
Parking was a nightmare for someone with disabilities as restricted to 2 hrs
Ended up with a ticket despite moving vehicle frequently ( nearest unrestricted parking 10 mins away)
Non-smoking, yet cigarette ends scatterd everywhere on staircases leading to apartments
Noise late into the evening from unattended children throwing toys against walls and general outside noise
Couldn't sleep
Although the apartments interior is clean, they do not look as advertised many issues that need addressing that are against regulations.

We liked everything!!! We can't fault the accommodation right in the centre of Coniston.
Large bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed, shops minutes away so all in easy access.

The room was very cosy, excellent bed and everything was spotless. Very clean and the Hot Tub was amazing. Although we didnt use the self catering facilities laid on, everything was available.
