The Clockhouse is spacious and spotless with everything we needed for our stay. It is private, beautifully decorated, and has a great bed and pillows. It was super convenient for us, with a quick run to the airport. We wish we had longer and could’ve looked around Old Windsor.

We only stayed 1 night on route to Heathrow and had several issues! When i originally booked i made sure to book ground floor apartment with garden as we had elderly relative with us. We were put in top floor so she really struggled with stairs! The key wouldn't work in door and took us ages to get in.
The apartment is far too hot and stuffy, you couldn't breath in the bedroom as you cannot open windows, this was terrible for my sons breathing as he has asthma!!
The parking was an issue, we left to go get food then couldn't get parked when we arrived back!!! When we booked it said parking space provided, should be more clear that there isn't enough spaces for all apartments!!
Worst of all you have to pay £200 deposit which I have never known before but I done it and 3 days after we left we recieved an email to say there was a cracked tile and they were keeping deposit!!! When I have emailed them back they are not responding!! I will never book with them again and will be pursuing to get our £200 deposit returned!!!
I have stayed in several apartments through airbnb etc. Which have all been amazing!!

Very good location, close to M4, very quiet area. There is a gas station with M&S 5 minutes walk.
The ensuite room was good, with a flat TV screen. The bed was comfortable, good shower and compact bathroom.
Large shared area with big kitchen, seating area and tables and chairs. I don't think I saw an access to a fridge to store food but could be wrong.
The room had a mini Fridge and microwave ..
The security system to access the property and keys of the room is good too.

Location was fantastic just few minutes walk to the train station and few minutes walk to town centre. And the apartment is very spacious clean and beds were comfortable.

The owner upgrades us to a larger apartment not far away at no extra charge (very much appreciated as there were 5 of us)
The owner gave us all the information we needed and provided us with a free large bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival.
The apartment was lovely and clean and just what we needed.

We stayed in the loft room which was incredible. Smart TV, shampoo conditioner & body wash, comfy mattress, beautiful decor - what more could you ask for.

Located on a no-through street that is a short walk to the high street in Ashford. It's an entire 1 bedroom flat that was perfect for a family. Property has washer/dryer on premises. Train station very close that had a direct line to Waterloo (~40mins). Staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. 15mins to LHR if that!
