Excellent facilities, clean and very comfortable. Wonderful breakfast outside in the large garden. Swimming pool was an added bonus. The hosts were marvellous and made the short stay more memorable.
A really convenient overnight self-catering stop, this studio was complete with a kitchenette and fridge, great for a Sunday night when everything tends to be shut. It adjoins some sheltered accommodation, so it’s best to be quiet out of consideration for other residents (not a problem for us). There was a lift to get our baggage up to the 2nd floor and all the staff were really nice.
The beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy.
This is the second time we have stayed there, Very quiet, very clean, spacious rooms and good parking facilities. I also like the concept that the apartments are within an assisted living facility so you have an opportunity to have breakfast in the communal dining room with residents, I felt it was a very safe environment if travelling alone.
We stay here often as we travel to and from our house in the Ardeche. The studio apartments are clean, quiet and comfortable and we would recommend them very highly.
Situated within easy reach of the centre of Moulins and surrounded with parkland, it is an ideal stopover place, but also as a base for exploring the lovely town of Moulins and the surrounding area.
We stay here often and it never disappoints us....peaceful, comfortable, looking out on fields and a lovely park to walk in. The studios are spacious and spotlessly clean and a very reasonable price.

Lock box entry, but the owner was actually there to hand over keys when I arrived! Very helpful owner. The kitchenette was well equipped, Coffee machine and kettle, good fridge, etc. Comfy bed and TV worked. Everything clean and in working order. Bathroom good and very clean. All in all, a nice little studio!
We stay here often on our way to and from our house in the Ardeche and our son and friends stayed here recently too on our recommendation.. We all think it's a great place to stay......comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff are slways charming.

Good size studio flat, with balcony and a small but functional kitchen (two sites induction top, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle). The bathroom is big and equipped with a hairdryer. The apartment complex is in a quiet area. As per the description, some apartments are occupied by nice senior citizens. Our apartment was looking over the parking lot but as a base to visit Moulins and the nearby area it is perfect.
We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.
The studio apartments are quiet, comfortable and equipped for simple cooking and dining....ideal when travelling. Arrangements for picking up the key, the code for the building etc are very straightforward and completely stress-free....this is ideal and necessary at the end of a long day of travelling. The surroundings are lovely and the town of Moulins is within easy reach for anyone wanting to explore and/or eat out. Lovely town and worth staying longer for if you have time.
