The property is beautifully set around meadows, forests and mountains, it was very nice to have horses as our neigbours. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was spacious and comfortable, nice terrace to sit outside.

We loved the location and style of this hotel, so close to the lake but in a quiet village setting. The staff were very welcoming and helpful during our short stay, we also enjoyed relaxing around the pool area and look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future.
The owner was incredibly informative and kind. Moreover, the apartment itself exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The cozy ambiance instantly made us feel at home, and the attention to detail in the decor was impressive. We look forward to returning in the future.
Talloires is the ideal location for a stay on Lake Annecy. Maison du Lac le Studio is small but perfectly situated. The couch you see in photos is a fold out bed. You can cook, but the equipment is limited. Nevertheless, the studio is great value for money. You have direct private access to the lake, and we enjoyed a swim. We contacted M. Dupont about a small problem, and he was very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Immaculately clean, with a very comfy bed, dishwasher, smart TV, washing machine and free WiFi. We were able to park very close to the apartment. It is also dog friendly and about 500m from Lake Annecy down a steep hill. A nice quiet location and really close to the Parapent centre.
