It was a really nice cozy apartment in Paris, not in the city centre, but exactly what we expected and wanted.
Apartment was very clean and neat. The check in was very well instructed and it was easy to get in.
Parking is available in front of the building, and it is for free, however, you need to get the card to enter the lot from the host. This is also simple and without issues, upon arrival/request.
Host in general is very responsive and helpful, he helped us with everything we had questions about. In general very pleasant and good host.

Very simple but perfect shared Room for everone, that has plans inside of Paris - aprx. 45-60 Min bei Metro to the city center and every station is within 5 Min. by feet.
For students like us a very pleasent stay as we know shared flats from germany aswell.
2 Restrooms and 2 bathrooms are perfectly fine for the stay.
The apartment is well-equipped with all the necessities for daily life. It is conveniently located not far from the city center and offers easy access to the Sarcells Saint Brice railway station. The apartment is well-maintained and ideal for a small group.

It’s a quiet apartment set back in a secure gated area. Everything was clean and updated. Full kitchen and appliances available. Ideally located next to the train station for quick access to downtown Paris. If you continue on underneath the train station there’s a quaint little bar that you simply MUST visit. Pierre and his father run the place and it’s divine. There are cafes nearby for your morning cafe au lait and pain au chocolat. This is a hidden gem!
