Fantastic location, super close to Saint Tropez and right on the beach, which is incredibly convenient. There are many walks around the area, and marche Provençal in the nearby village (on Sundays) is well worth a visit. Apartment has a great terrace and everything that you may need to have a comfortable stay is included. Kitchen is fully equipped, a bit small, but nevertheless it is possible to cook normal meals comfortably; considering the size, it’s surprising how well equipped it is-microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with ice and filtered water dispenser, two coffee machines. There is a communal washer and dryer available for all apartments in the building (ten in total). AC works very well. The restaurant in front is a non- issue. It blocks the immediate view, but so does the fence surrounding the terrace, so I don’t think the restaurant impacts the overall experience in any way. You can still leave through the gate and go to the beach. There are no smells or noises coming from the restaurant, it’s a peaceful establishment. Overall, I am very glad that I got to stay in this apartment and hope to come back. The host is a very helpful and friendly lady, gave us good tips on surroundings.

We were delayed on that day for hours due the fact that we got robbed to the bone literally. Aqveduct the Romain showed that just one slight moment of carelesness and you will end up with only clothes that you had on.When we arrived to the place the host was just utmost hospitable. She even asked if we had eaten🥰! Brought us some bread and coffee. We are endlessly greatful for this kindness and warmth!

The apartment was lovely, we only stayed for a night but it was perfect!! Very clean an equipped, we really enjoyed our time day.
Apt n5 has two bathrooms which was helpful for us, a group of 5.
Bed super comfy and tons of pillows
The location was perfect - a couple of minutes from Bonne Terrasse and walking distance to Pampelonne beach clubs. The view from the terrace is incredible and the apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. With well equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom, with large walk in shower room. The apartment block itself is very well maintained, with beautiful gardens and is on a quiet road. Highly recommend for beach lovers!
This is the most beautiful place to stay if you are visiting the area. We we travelling with my 93 year old mum on a trip down memory lane. She had the studio room and we had the apartment, both of which were stylish, clean, comfortable and had their own patio areas. The gardens are absolutely stunning and the hosts kind and welcoming.
The location of the house and the studio view is exceptional and exceeded expectations. The beach is a short walk away although there’s private free parking available for residents at the beach which is perfect during peak season! the studio itself was very clean and had everything we needed. 10/10 place!
