The location and comfort of the apartment are the best. You are just a few blocks from the old harbor, there are shops right down stairs. Check in was easy. The host is great about answering questions. The apartment is well stocked with everything you'll need! We had a car and there is no parking for the apartment but the host sent us information about many options close by. We parked in the main square parking and it was an easy walk with our luggage.

The property was like home from home, everything you needed was at your fingertips including a coffee machine!
The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable as were the luxury hotel pillows! Even our pet dog was given special treatment with his own bed and water bowl, such a nice touch. Towels were supplied and clean and fresh. The apartment was exceptionally clean and decorated to a very high standard. The apartment is ideally located to bars and restaurants, surprisingly you can hear very little noise.
The Air conditioning was a blessing as it was very hot during our stay. The building also has a lift and a nice little balcony to enjoy your breakfast or afternoon drink.
Lucas was very responsive and informative to any questions we had. We will definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again and would highly recommend it. Thank you Lucas!

The lady who showed us in arrived on time told us all we needed to know.
We had a problem with the electricity and the hot water and the owners could not have been more helpful in sorting it out as quickly as possible and in compensating us for the inconvenience.

We loved the apartment. It was a lovely combination of old-world charm and modern conveniences in a great location. It was close to the shops, the market, and the port with all its' restaurants and cafes. La Rochelle is a fabulous place in its' own right, and it is easy to access local islands on day trips or other towns via train.

I stayed for one night in October so not much going on at the site. The chalet was compact but adequate for two people. It was quite new and everything was clean.Having a self catering chalet meant I didn't need to eat out.
It was a like an apartment, with a living-TV room and the bedroom, and a big bathroom, all very spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious, made to measure, with exquisite home-made marmalades, set up in the garden. The owner was very helpful and had excellent taste when recommending restaurants and places to visit. We thank her for everything and we highly recommend this place.
The Campsite is very nice, clean and pretty new cabins. indeed are quite small, but that’s the idea of a camping cabin. The loft was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived late, self checked in, but nonetheless Ludovic came for our help late at night, for what we are very thankful. We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay. Merci!!!!!
