we loved so much our stay at Joanna and Ian. the chalet is beautiful, every details is top notch. there’s a nice outdoor area with beautiful views. we really appreciated the full kitchen, there’s literally everything you need. the host were very warm and helpful during our stays with plenty of food advices for the area. the chalet is about 15mn walk from chamonix center which is great. it’s close enough but without the noise. this place is a treasure. we can’t wait to go back

Property was fantastic- everything new and clean, great styling, at base of major lift, nice views, comfortable beds. All around great rental unit. Great proximity to multiple good restaurants, and some very good ones. Management company did a great job as well- responsive from the initial booking through our departure.

The apartment is excellently located! About 150m walk from the Les Praz Gondola. Very clean and well thought out. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality pots/pans/crockery and all the appliances work well. Rooms have good quality beds and linen and towels provided. Check in was easy and the agency that manage the apartment (Chamonix All Year) were great in getting ski passes delivered to the apartment and arranging skis to be delivered and picked up from the apartment as well.
